One of Sullivan's neighbors when he lived in Daytona Beach Shores was city councilman Michael Politis, noted Booker. "I used to walk my dog there," he said of the future Oceans 25 Townhomes site. Sullivan used to live three blocks from the property until moving to the Hammock Beach area in Palm Coast last year. The site is just north of the entrance to Oceans Golf Club along the west side of A1A, directly across from the beach.
